we found the hotel to be in a good position near to a lovely beach, only 10 mins away from bus station, 20 min walk from main shopping area. Hotel staff were all polite and hard working and informative. We had a smell of smoke in the room, in 10 mins this was sorted out. i had left a bag on the the transport bus, this was sorted out and found very quickly. one of our party had left their bracelet at the airport, the reservation staff contacted the mercury rep and also phoned through to luton...rees
